Card details are issued digitally, usually within minutes after your payment reaches one confirmation on the blockchain. Fast coins confirm in seconds, while Bitcoin can take 10 to 30 minutes.
Do I need to upload ID?
No document upload is required to buy the card. Note that this does not make the payment anonymous — cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain, and all customers must comply with applicable laws.
What are the fees?
A small fixed issuance fee plus the blockchain network fee for your chosen coin. There are no monthly fees and no hidden charges, and the exact total is shown at checkout before you send anything.
Are crypto payments refundable?
Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be reversed like a card chargeback. If you send the wrong amount, contact support with your transaction hash and the team will help.
Where can I use the card?
At most online merchants that accept Visa or Mastercard. Acceptance is decided by each merchant, so a small number of sites may not accept prepaid or virtual cards.
