1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the buydebitcards.com website or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BuyDebitCards LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — to use this Service.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

buydebitcards.com provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway for the purchase of virtual prepaid debit cards. Upon receipt of a confirmed on-chain cryptocurrency payment, we issue virtual Mastercard or Visa prepaid card details to the purchaser via email or dashboard. We do not provide custodial wallet services, exchange services, or financial advisory services of any kind.

Card details issued through the Service are generated by our card-issuing partner network and are subject to the terms and conditions of those issuing networks. Cards are single-use or limited-use virtual cards intended for online purchases. Physical card delivery is not offered. Availability of specific card denominations and brands may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

We operate strictly as a facilitator. We do not hold, receive, or transmit cryptocurrency funds on your behalf. All cryptocurrency transactions occur directly on public blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for initiating accurate and timely blockchain transactions. Blockchain network fees ("gas fees") are your responsibility and are not included in the card face value.

3. Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency to a unique, order-specific blockchain address generated at checkout. Accepted cryptocurrencies, current exchange rates, and supported networks are displayed at the time of purchase. Rates are locked for a window of 30 minutes from order creation. If your transaction does not confirm on-chain within this window, your order may expire and require resubmission.

All sales are final. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the instantaneous issuance of card details upon confirmation, we do not offer refunds except in cases where we fail to deliver card details within 2 hours of confirmed on-chain payment. In such cases, contact support with your order ID and transaction hash. Refunds, if applicable, are issued in cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at time of purchase and may take up to 5 business days to process.

You are solely responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency type, amount, and to the correct address. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses, incorrect amounts, or sent on unsupported blockchain networks. Partial payments will not fulfill an order and may result in loss of funds if the order window expires before the correct total is received.

4. Card Usage

Virtual debit cards issued through the Service are prepaid instruments intended for lawful online purchases. Cards are denominated in the currency displayed at checkout (typically USD) and are subject to the terms of the issuing bank or card program. Card balances are not FDIC-insured and are not reloadable unless explicitly stated. Unused balances may be subject to inactivity fees as disclosed by the card program at time of issuance.

Cards may not be accepted at all merchants. Merchant acceptance is determined by the card network and issuing bank, not by buydebitcards.com. We make no warranty that a card will be accepted at any particular merchant or for any particular transaction type. Cash withdrawals, international transactions, and certain merchant category codes (MCCs) may be restricted depending on the card program selected.

In the event a card is declined, lost, or compromised, you must contact the card issuer directly using the support information provided with your card details. buydebitcards.com does not have access to card funds or the ability to process chargebacks, disputes, or reissues after delivery.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, purchasing illegal goods or services, circumventing sanctions or export controls, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Service without our express written consent. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach any security or authentication measures. Any suspected abuse may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate fully with any investigation.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, forfeiture of any pending orders, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. We reserve the right to block IP addresses, wallet addresses, or email addresses associated with suspected abuse without notice or liability.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Service, including exchange rate information, blockchain confirmation times, or card availability. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and exchange rates may fluctuate significantly between order creation and confirmation.

We are not a bank, financial institution, or money services business. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this website should be construed as an investment recommendation or financial advice. Consult your own professional advisors for guidance on cryptocurrency transactions and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUYDEBITCARDS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuyDebitCards LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to your use of card details, your blockchain transactions, or your submission of any content or information through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice via email to registered users or a prominent notice on the Service. What constitutes a "material change" is determined at our reasonable discretion.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.
